  Incredibly unprofessional, in language and deed. The people working there had no idea what they were doing. They had no SIM cards. Let me repeat, this store that SELLS PHONE PLANS had no SIM cards. However, that's not all. The employee who was responsible for me was on a personal video call with a friend, WHILE entering in my information. After that, she was on hold with MetroPCS for a half an hour, only to have them tell her the same exact thing I, the customer, had already told her, and that she should've known as an employee. During this all, she managed to bend my phone case so that it's no longer flush and easily pops off. Add to that the fact that the two employees there when I went were cussing repeatedly, and I will NEVER be going back to this location.
