  If i could choose zero stars I would because this hotel doesn’t deserve even one. The staff here is ok but could be better. They don’t have clean towels when you need them. Housekeeping can only come one day a week. You ask for anything they don’t have it. Supposed to have free hot breakfast but that’s a lie. Checked in here before and the experience was ok but this my second time here not by choice but when I here today they tell me they put me in the same room as before. The room I requested they didn’t have available. When i got in the room the beds weren’t made. The sink wasn’t clean nor the bathroom. It was still toothpaste in the sink. Floor not swept. It just was ridiculous to put me back in a room that I’m sure they knew wasn’t clean. I had been checked out the room for two days and they still hadn’t clean the room from when I left the first time. They supposed to have quarters for you to be able to get change to wash the clothes and they don’t have those. Again I’m here not by choice but this was a last minute decision that was made. This place just needs to be shut down and never reopened. It’s very sad how they handle the customers that brings in revenue to their paychecks!! After today I will never step feet back in this hotel again. My first experience wasn’t bad but this one has been the WORST!!! I will also be calling corporate office about this because something needs to be done.
